Troubleshooting: Business name not updating in backend


A change is made to the Business Name under General Information, but the name at the top of the staff screen in the backend does not update to match.

When you have multiple locations, the name displayed at the top of the screen to your staff members is based on their assigned home location, not the business name.

To change the name displayed at the top of a staff member’s screen, you must update the name of the location. For more information, see Adding or modifying a location.
