Troubleshooting: Cannot edit expiration rules for a purchase option


When attempting to change the expiration date for a pass, a pop-up is displayed and the item cannot be edited.

If a client has purchased this pass, changing the expiration date will cause inconsistencies in your accounting and client purchase options. To ensure that everything in the system always works as intended, the expiration date for a pass cannot be changed after a client has purchased that pass.

To apply new expiration rules to a pass, you must create a new pass with those rules.
