Troubleshooting: Why are my emails not showing up in the Contact History?

You may notice that some of your emails may not be stored in the contact history of your clients.

The reason for this may be because you are emailing the client through their client profile. Specifically, emailing using the email button on the client profile will not record the email within the contact history:

If you wish to log this email in the contact history, you can do so in this Contact History page in the client profile.
