Troubleshooting: Groupon sales do not appear in the Sales with Revenue Categories Report


Groupon sales do not appear in the Sales with Revenue Categories Report. 


This issue is caused by an empty text field in the Groupon integration settings. Follow the instructions below to resolve this issue.: 

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
  3. On the Setup menu, click Integrations.
  4. On the Integrations menu, click Groupon.
  5. Click the Groupon deal that is not appearing in the Sales with Revenue Categories Report.  
  6. In General Information, under GENERATED REVENUE, enter the revenue provided to your business when the Groupon deal is purchased.
  7. Click SAVE. For more information, see Groupon deal general information settings.
