Troubleshooting: Missing notifications or automated marketing campaigns

Problem

Client or staff notifications or automated marketing campaigns are not being displayed on the Notifications page or Automated  Marketing page respectively. This is because the filter settings are set to display only enabled notifications or automated marketing campaigns by default.

Solution

To resolve the issue, follow the instructions below. If the issue persists after completing these steps, please contact WellnessLiving Support.

To display your disabled notifications or automated marketing campaigns, open the filter menu and switch the Status filter setting to either All or Disabled.
