Troubleshooting: Purchase option did not show up on the client’s Passes and Memberships page


The purchase option that the client recently purchased only shows up on their Transactions page but not their Passes & Memberships page. This issue may occur due to a temporary server error.


To resolve the issue, follow the instructions below. If the issue persists after completing these steps, please contact WellnessLiving Support.

If the purchase option didn’t show up on the client’s Passes & Memberships page, you can try to refund the client’s purchase and then make the purchase again.
