Troubleshooting: Clients cannot review my services

Problem

When clients click the Write a Review button in your review request client notification, they see the error message “Error: Page does not exist.”

Solution

This error occurs if the WellnessLiving Directory Listing is disabled for the location for which the client is attempting to write a review. To learn how to enable the Directory Listing for a location, see WellnessLiving Directory Listing.
