Troubleshooting: The Achieve Client App is not available in the App Store

Problem

The Achieve Client App is not available in the App Store. This issue may occur if your Apple Developer membership is expired. When your Apple Developer membership expires, the Achieve Client App will automatically be removed from the App Store.

Solution

To resolve the issue, follow the instructions below. If the issue persists after completing these steps, please contact WellnessLiving Support.

If you can’t find the Achieve Client App in the App Store, check to make sure that your Apple Developer membership is still active. If your Apple Developer membership has expired, you must renew your Apple Developer Account. Once renewed, your app will be live in the App Store within 24 hours.
