Troubleshooting: Unable to add clients to a class

Problem

You are unable to add a client to a class. This may occur if the session pass or membership does not apply to the desired class, has not yet been purchased, has not been activated, or has expired.

Review the table below to determine the cause of the issue you’re facing and learn how to implement the corresponding solution.

Solution

To resolve the issue, follow the instructions below. If the issue persists after completing these steps, please contact WellnessLiving Support.

Your client did not purchase a valid session pass or membershipTo fix this issue, go to the client’s profile. In the side menu, click Account and then, click Passes & Memberships. Check to see if a valid purchase option has been purchased.

 

If no valid session pass or membership is listed, the client must purchase a valid session pass or membership from the store.

The session pass or membership is not associated with the class.If a session pass or membership is listed but you are unsure whether they are qualified for the class, go to the Action column, and select Edit Purchase Option. Go to Advanced Settings and under Access to Classes, check to make sure the desired class is included. If you choose to modify the purchase option, the changes will only be applied to the client selected.

Alternatively, you can set up a new session pass or membership for this class and make the client purchase them from the store

The session pass or membership has not been activated yetTo fix this issue, go to the client’s profile. In the side menu, click Account and then, click Passes & Memberships. Check the start date of the purchase option.

If the start date is set in the future, your client must wait till the start date has commenced before using the purchase option.

The session pass or membership has expiredTo fix this issue, go to the client’s profile. In the side menu, click Account and then, click Passes & Memberships. Check the expiration date of the purchase option.

If the session pass or membership has expired, the client must purchase a new session pass or membership from the store.
