Troubleshooting: Clients are unable to book an appointment


When a client tries to book an appointment, the calendar used for booking does not allow them to select a date.


This issue occurs when the staff member or members assigned to the appointment type do not have their work hours set. If you do not set a staff member’s work hours, they are not considered available for booking by the WellnessLiving System.

It is also conceivable that with a limited number of staff assigned to a specific appointment type, that their schedules are completely booked already. Add new staff members to the appointment type, or consider raising the price for the services of that staff member to free up some of their time.
