Troubleshooting: Schedule displays the wrong time


The schedule is displaying the incorrect time.


This issue occurs when the location’s time zone is not set correctly. If you have multiple locations, be sure to check that the time zone is correct for each location. For more information, refer to the steps below.

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
  3. On the Setup menu, click Locations.
  4. On the Locations page, select the location you want to modify.
  5. Click the Business Hours tab.
  6. Under TIMEZONE, select the correct time zone from the list and click VERIFY.
  7. When the time zone is verified, click SAVE on the bottom of the screen.
