Types of rewards points

This article describes all types of rewards points that are available to keep your clients engaged with your business.

    Attendance

    OptionDescription
    X Points for booking onlineWhen this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points for booking a service online through the Client Web App, Achieve Client App, or a website widget. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.
    X Points for attending Y number of services a week/month/yearWhen this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they attend a Class, an Appointment, or an Event for a set number of times within the set amount of time. You may create as many versions of this rewards point option as you need. For example, you can reward clients 100 points for attending 5 services in a week and 200 points for attending 10 services in a month.
    X Points for attending a specific Class/Appointment/EventWhen this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they attend a Class, an Appointment, or an Event. You may create as many versions of this rewards point option as needed.

    Purchases

    OptionDescription
    X Points for each dollar spent by the clientWhen this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points for every dollar they spend at your business. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.
    X Points for the purchase of the product YWhen this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they purchase a specific product. You may create as many versions of this rewards point option as needed.
    X Points for the purchase of the product YWhen this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they purchase the set purchase option. You may create as many versions of this rewards point option as needed.

    Reviews

    OptionDescription
    X Points for writing a reviewWhen this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points for every review they write for your business. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.
    X Points for writing a review and sharing it on FacebookWhen this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points for every review they write for your business and share via Facebook. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.
    X Points for writing a review and sharing it on TwitterWhen this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points for every review they write for your business and share via Twitter. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.

    Social Shares

    X Points for booking a service and sharing on Facebook

     

    When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they book a Class, an Appointment, or an Event with your business and share that booking via Facebook.     X Points for sharing a purchase on Facebook

     

    When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they make any purchase from your business and share that purchase via Facebook.     X Points for sharing a purchase on TwitterWhen this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they make any purchase from your business and share that purchase via Twitter.     Client profile

    OptionDescription
    X Points on a client’s birthdayWhen this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points on the date they have set as their birthday on their client profile. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.
    X Points for registrationWhen this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they first enrolled with your business. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.

    Refer-a-friend

    OptionDescription
    X Points for referring a prospective clientWhen this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points each time the client makes a referral to a prospective client. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created. For more information, see Assigning rewards points for a referral and Enabling or disabling referral rewards points.
    X Points for referring a client that purchases a specific purchase optionWhen this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they refer someone to your business who purchases the set Purchase Option. You may create as many versions of this rewards point option as needed.
