Understanding clients who have profiles with more than one business

Some of your clients may be registered with other WellnessLiving businesses using the same email address that they use at your business. In other cases, family members who attend different types of studios may use a shared email address for their accounts at various businesses. In either case, these clients have profiles with multiple businesses through WellnessLiving.

When a client has profiles with more than one business through WellnessLiving, the profile that they have with your business will not be affected by the profile that they have with others. Every field, other than the email and password fields, are unique to your business.

For example, if a client has an account with you and another business and you change the client’s first name in their profile, the client will be listed under that name until a change is made by your business, even if the other business changes that client’s first name in their version of the profile.

Furthermore, when other businesses are consolidating their client accounts by merging duplicate profiles, they will not be able to affect client profiles that they share with you. For more information about how multiple businesses can affect merging, see Merging client profiles.

NoteIf a client is having trouble logging in to the Client Web App via the desktop, send them your direct Login URL. If a client is having trouble logging in to your custom Achieve App via a mobile device, have them try to switch to another business.
