Unpaid Visits Detailed Report

The Unpaid Visits Detailed Report is an attendance report that displays all visits with outstanding payment. This report can be used to manage communications with clients who owe you money, or to make payments directly on unpaid visits.

    To view the Unpaid Visits Detailed Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
    3. On the Reports menu, click Attendance.
    4. On the Attendance menu, click Unpaid Visits Detailed. The Unpaid Visits Detailed Report is displayed.

    Headings in the Unpaid Visits Detailed Report

    Heading Description
    Client The name, email, and profile image of the client with the unpaid visit is listed in this column. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.
    Date The date of the unpaid visit.
    Service Type The service type that was not paid for.
    Service The specific service name, along with the date, time, and staff member for that service.
    Value The value of the visit that has not been paid for.
    Pay Now Click the option in this column, then OK in the pop-up to open the store menu and pay for the service.
    Bill Account Click the option in this column, then OK in the pop-up to pay for the service with a Purchase Option on the client’s account. If the client has no relevant Purchase Options, this column will be empty.

    Advanced filters in the Unpaid Visits Detailed Report

    Filter Description
    Bookable Assets Use this filter to determine which BOOK-A-SPOT™ assets to include in the report.
    Classes Use this filter to determine which Classes to include in the report.
    Events Use this filter to determine which Events to include in the report.
    Appointments Use this filter to determine which Appointment Types to include in the report.
    Client Types Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client type.
    Gym Visits Use this filter to determine whether to include gym visits in the report.
