Gympass is a monthly membership program that allows its clients to try out new fitness studios each month. When you sign up with Gympass, clients can discover and try your classes using their Gympass membership.
Before clients can use Gympass to find and book your services, you must first integrate your Gympass account with your WellnessLiving account. For more information, see Enabling and disabling Gympass integration.
Bookings made through Gympass are automatically synced with the class attendance list in WellnessLiving. These bookings will be marked as paid with a single session on the client’s attendance history and upcoming schedule pages and marked as paid with Gympass on the attendance list.
Additionally, you can use the information Gympass provides you with to enter an approximate revenue for Gympass clients when you are modifying a class schedule. Upon entering these estimates, your reports will update to reflect these changes.

When using Gympass, keep the following information in mind:
- After enabling Gympass integration for your business or location, your classes will automatically have the Enable Gympass Integration option selected. For more information, see Class type advanced settings.
- Classes with empty DESCRIPTION fields won’t be displayed on Gympass. For more information, see Class type general information settings.
- At this time, appointments can’t be integrated with Gympass.
- Classes that are only available to specific client types won’t be displayed on the business’s schedule in Gympass.
