Using GymPass with WellnessLiving

GymPass is a monthly membership program that allows its clients to try out new fitness studios each month. When you sign up with GymPass, clients can discover and try your Classes using their GymPass membership.

To integrate your GymPass account with your WellnessLiving account and share data between your accounts, you need to complete the following:

  1. Obtain approval from GymPass for your listing.
  2. Provide your GymPass representative with your WellnessLiving business ID and your location ID for each of your business locations. For more information, see Finding your business IDand Finding your location ID.
  3. Request that GymPass send your business’s GymPass ID to WellnessLiving. After we receive your GymPass ID, you can enable the GymPass integration.
  4. Enable GymPass integration in your WellnessLiving account. For more information, see Enabling and disabling GymPass integration.

Bookings made through GymPass are automatically synced with the Class attendance list in WellnessLiving. These bookings will be marked as paid with a single session on the client’s attendance history and upcoming schedule pages and marked as paid with GymPass on the attendance list.

Additionally, you can use the information that GymPass provides you with to enter an approximate revenue for GymPass clients when you are modifying a class schedule. Upon entering these estimates, your reports will update to reflect these changes.

NoteAfter enabling GymPass integration, you must ensure that the GYMPASS option is set to ON when you schedule Classes to allow clients to book the sessions through GymPass.

Note At this time, Appointments cannot be integrated with GymPass.
