Using the Community Forum

Businesses using WellnessLiving can access the WellnessLiving Community Forum. You can use this forum to communicate with other business owners, staff members at other businesses, as well as with WellnessLiving’s Subject Matter Experts. This forum allows you to ask questions, report issues or bugs, and request new features. When you create a post, other businesses will be able to view and reply to your post. When you like or follow a post, you’ll be notified via email about any activity involving the post. Additionally, WellnessLiving will prioritize building new features with the most upvotes on the Community Forum.

The Community Forum is divided into different categories corresponding to different areas of WellnessLiving. You can use the Questions, Issues, and Feature requests tabs on each category’s page to filter for the most relevant posts.

Users employing inappropriate language or engaging in disrespectful behavior will be banned from the forum. For more information, see Community Forum rules and regulations.

When using the Community Forum, keep in mind the following information:

  • Before creating a post, check the relevant forum category to make sure the topic doesn’t already exist.
  • Reported issues won’t be visible on the forum until they’re approved by a moderator.
  • Community Forum topics can only be upvoted once per individual business ID. If a staff member from your business has already upvoted a topic, the Upvote button won’t be visible to you or your other staff members. For more information, see Finding your business ID.

    To ask a question:

    1. Go to the Community Forum.
    2. On the Community Forum, click CATEGORIES.
    3. Click any category.
    4. Click ASK A QUESTION.
    5. Under SUBJECT LINE, enter a subject line for your post. This should be a very brief summary of your question.
    6. Under DESCRIPTION, enter a detailed description of your question, including any relevant examples.
    7. Under CATEGORY, select the category that’s most relevant to your question from the list.
    8. Under ISSUE TYPE, select Questions.
    9. Under BUSINESS ID, enter your WellnessLiving Business ID. For more information, see Finding your business ID.
    10. Under USER EMAIL, enter the email you use to log in to WellnessLiving, and click the Add button .
    11. Under ATTACHMENTS, upload any relevant screenshots or videos. To learn how to take screenshots and screen recordings, see FAQ: How do I take a screenshot or screen video?
      • The more information you provide, the easier it will be to address your issue. You can attach a file in the following ways:
        • Under ATTACHMENTS, drag and drop a file into the field.
        • Click Drop file here or click to upload, then select the file you want to upload and click Open.
    12. Click Save.

    To report an issue or bug:

    1. Go to the Community Forum.
    2. Under Community Forum, click CATEGORIES.
    3. Click any category.
    4. Click REPORT AN ISSUE.
    5. Under SUBJECT LINE, enter a subject line for your post. This should be a very brief summary of the issue.
    6. Under DESCRIPTION, enter a detailed description of the issue, including any relevant examples.
    7. Under CATEGORY, select the category that is most relevant to the issue from the list.
    8. Under ISSUE TYPE, select Issues.
    9. Under BUSINESS ID, enter your WellnessLiving Business ID. For more information, see Finding your business ID.
    10. Under USER EMAIL, enter the email you use to log in to WellnessLiving, and click the Add button .
    11. Under ATTACHMENTS, upload any relevant screenshots or videos. To learn how to take screenshots and screen recordings, see FAQ: How do I take a screenshot or screen video?
      • The more information you provide, the easier it will be to address your issue. You can attach a file in the following ways:
        • Under ATTACHMENTS, drag and drop a file into the field.
        • Click Drop file here or click to upload, then select the file you want to upload and click Open.
    12. Click SAVE.

    To request a new feature:

    1. Go to the Community Forum.
    2. On the Community Forum, click CATEGORIES.
    3. Click any category.
    4. Click REQUEST A FEATURE.
    5. Under SUBJECT LINE, enter a subject line for your post. This should be a very brief summary of your request.
    6. Under DESCRIPTION, enter a detailed description of your request, including any relevant examples.
    7. Under CATEGORY, select the category that is most relevant to your request from the list.
    8. Under ISSUE TYPE, select Feature requests.
    9. Under THIS FEATURE WILL…, select an appropriate option from the list.
    10. Under WAS THIS FEATURE AVAILABLE IN A PREVIOUS SOFTWARE YOU USED?, select whether this feature was available in a software you have used before.
    11. Under WHICH SOFTWARE PROVIDER DID YOU USE?, enter the name of the software provider in which you have seen this feature.
    12. Under WHAT WAS THE FEATURE CALLED?, enter the name of the feature that was in the other software.
    13. Under BUSINESS ID, enter your WellnessLiving Business ID. For more information, see Finding your business ID.
    14. Under USER EMAIL, enter the email you use to log in to WellnessLiving, and click the Add button .

    16. Click Save.

    To like, follow, or upvote a post:

    1. Go to the Community Forum.
    2. Go to the post you want to like or follow.
    3. Upvote the post:
      • To follow the entire conversation, click FOLLOW at the top of the page.
      • To like a reply to the post, click LIKE next to the reply.
      • To upvote a post, click UPVOTE at the top of the page.
