You can view a client’s account balance history through their client profile. The account balance history lists the last six months of activity related to the client’s account balance, including any transactions that were completed using the account balance as a payment method.

To view a client’s account balance history:
- On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
- In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
- On the side menu, click Account.
- On the Account menu, click Billing & Account Balance.
- Under Account Balance, click View history.
Headings in a client’s account balance history
Heading | Description |
DATE | The date and time of the transaction. |
TRANSACTION ITEM | The product or service that was purchased during the transaction. If a payment to the account was made, Account Payment will be displayed. |
PAYMENT METHOD | The payment method used for the transaction. |
DEBIT | The amount debited from the account balance. |
CREDIT | The amount credited to the account balance. |
ACCOUNT BALANCE | The amount of the account balance after the transaction. |
USER | The staff member who performed the transaction. |
NOTE | If any notes are associated to the account transaction, the Notes icon will be displayed. Hover over the icon to preview the text for the note. |
