You can view a client’s complete account balance history through their client profile. The client’s account balance history is a list of all the transactions the client has completed with your business using their account as the payment method.

To view a client’s account balance history:
- On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
- In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
- On the side menu, click Account.
- On the Account menu, click Billing & Account Balance.
- Under Account Balance, click View history.
