On the Billing & Account Balance page of a client profile, you can view and manage a client’s account balance, saved credit cards, and saved ACH account information. You can also redeem daily deals or gift cards.
If your business has multiple locations, the payment methods saved for the location at which you are currently signed in will be displayed by default. You can change the location to view the payment methods stored for the client at another location. Staff members must be assigned to a staff role with the Manage client billing and account balance permission enabled to view a client’s payment methods. For more information, see Staff role permissions.
NoteIf your business uses the same merchant processor account for all locations, all saved payment methods for a client will be displayed regardless of the location selected.
To view a client’s Billing & Account Balance page:
- On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button
, and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
- In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
- On the side menu, click Account.
- On the Account menu, click Billing & Account Balance.
- To view a client’s payment methods at another location, click the Viewing payment methods store in field and select a location from the list.
