Viewing clients on hold

Using the Memberships Report, you can choose to view a list of all clients with memberships on hold during a selected date range.

To filter the Memberships Report for memberships on hold:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
  3. On the Reports menu, click Sales.
  4. On the Sales menu or in the list, click Memberships.
  5. Click the Advanced Filter button .
  6. Under Membership Status, select only the On Hold checkbox.
  7. Click APPLY FILTER. The report will now display only memberships that are on hold.
  8. To view the number of times and date range that a membership was on hold, hover over the tooltip button  in the Status column.
