Viewing a client’s activity

Within a client profile, you can view a log of the client’s activity. This can be useful when you need to confirm the client’s activity to administer a refund or add rewards points.

You can add rewards points for certain activities directly from the client’s Activity page. For more information, see Adding or removing rewards points from a client’s profile.

Attendance tracking entries on the Activity page include the following information in their descriptions:

  • Changes to the client’s attendance status for the service.
  • The name of the staff member or client who made the change.
  • The application from which the change was made.
  • The name of the service that was affected.
  • The date the change was made.
  • The business location associated with the service.
  • The name of the staff member associated with the service.

NoteUpdates to attendance tracking on the Activity page were made in October 2021. Any attendance tracking entries listed before this date won’t include the information detailed above.

In this article:

    To view a client’s activity:

    1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
    2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
    3. On the side menu, click Activity. The User Activity list is displayed.
      • To filter the list for specific activities, click Show All and select an option from the list.
      • To view activities during a specific date range:
        • Click FROM and select a start date.
        • Click TO and select and end date.

    BirthdayA birthday present iconThe client’s birthday.
    Early cancelA crossed-out clock iconThe client canceled their scheduled session before the cancellation deadline.
    Gym visitA dumbbell iconThe client checked in using a gym visit.
    Late cancelThe client canceled their scheduled session after the cancellation deadline.
    No-showA red X iconThe client missed their scheduled session without canceling.
    PaymentA dollar sign iconThe client made a purchase from your store or they were charged for an automatic payment.
    Prize redemptionA trophy iconThe client redeemed a prize using their rewards points.
    Purchase Option transferA price tag iconThe client’s Purchase Option was transferred to another client.
    RegistrationAn account profile iconThe client registered with the business.
    ReviewA star iconThe client wrote a review.
    Reward points resetA stack of tokens iconThe client’s reward points were reset.
    Service bookingAn icon with a calendar and a plus signThe client booked a service or a staff member booked a service for the client.
    Wait list removalAn icon of a calendar and a minus signThe client was removed from the wait list for a service.
