Within a client’s profile, you can view an up-to-date log of the client’s activity. This can be useful when you need to confirm the client’s activity to administer rewards points, a refund, or any other service.
To view a client’s activity:
- On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
- In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
- On the side menu, click Activity. The User Activity list is displayed.
- To filter the User Activity list by date, at the top of the page, enter a FROM and TO date range.
