Viewing a client’s activity

Within a client’s profile, you can view an up-to-date log of the client’s activity. This can be useful when you need to confirm the client’s activity to administer rewards points, a refund, or any other service.

To view a client’s activity:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
  3. On the side menu, click Activity. The User Activity list is displayed.

  1. To filter the User Activity list by date, at the top of the page, enter a FROM and TO date range.
