Viewing, exporting, and printing an enrollment list for an Event

An enrollment list for an Event displays a brief overview of client attendance for all the sessions of the Event instance. You can view enrollment lists for your Events, export enrollment lists into CSV files, and print physical copies of enrollment lists for staff members and clients, or for bookkeeping purposes.

In this article:

    To view an enrollment list from the schedule:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Schedule.
    3. Click the Calendar button or the List button The list view button to select a schedule view.
    4. Find the Class or Event whose attendance list you want to view. You may have to adjust the schedule’s filters and date range to find the Class or Event.
    5. Select the Class or Event:
      • If you are viewing the schedule in calendar view, click the Class or Event.
      • If you are viewing the schedule in list view, under Service, click the name of the Class or Event.
    6. Click View Attendance List.
    7. Click View Enrollment List.

    To view an enrollment list from Event setup:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
    3. On the Setup menu, click Events.
    4. On the Events page, click the existing Event you want to print the enrollment list for. You may have to browse the list, use the Search option, or filter the list to find the Event.
    5. Click MANAGE SCHEDULE.
    6. Find the Event instance for which you want to view the enrollment list and click Enrollment List.

    To export an enrollment list:

    1. Open the enrollment list for an event instance.
    2. Click CSV to download a copy of your enrollment list in CSV format.

    To print an enrollment list:

    1. Open the enrollment list for an event instance.
    2. Click PRINT.
    3. In the Print dialog box, configure print settings as required and click Print.
