Viewing your direct mail campaigns

Direct mail campaigns are a great way to keep in touch with a group of clients. There are several actions you can perform to help you view and manage your direct mail campaigns.

Headings on the direct mail campaign page

HeadingDescription
Campaign NameThe name of the direct mail campaign.
TypeThe physical dimensions of the postcard sent in the direct mail campaign.
Delivery DateThe work week during which the postcard is sent out.
RecipientsThe number of clients who will receive the postcard.
Estimated CostThe estimated cost of delivering the postcards.
StatusThe processing status of the direct mail campaign. The possible statuses are:

  • Sent – The direct mail campaign was successfully sent out.
  • Pending – The direct mail campaign was created but has not yet been sent.
  • Failed – The direct mail campaign failed to process and could not be sent. This is typically due to unverified addresses.

NoteThis field only tracks whether a direct mail campaign was successfully sent. It does not track whether postcards were successfully received.
ActionClick the Action button to open the menu and select an option. Your choices are:

  • View – Displays the front and back images used for the postcard.
  • Edit (Pending campaigns only) – Allows you to modify the direct mail campaign.
  • Duplicate (Pending campaigns only) – Creates a copy of the direct mail campaign.
  • Send (Pending campaigns only) – Begins the process of sending the direct mail campaign immediately instead of waiting for the set delivery week.
  • Delete (Pending campaigns only) – Removes the direct mail campaign. A removed campaign will not be sent and cannot be recovered.
  • Try again (Failed campaigns only) – Begins the process of sending the direct mail campaign again.
