You can view an invoice that details the charges made each time your business is billed by WellnessLiving for services provided. These invoices can be found in your business’s payment history.

To view your invoice for a payment made to WellnessLiving:
- Click the App Drawer button

- In the App Drawer, click View All.
- In the list, click Setup. You can filter the list by entering Setup into the Search field.
- On the Setup menu, click Business.
- On the Business menu, click Payment History.
- Find the payment in the list. You may have to browse the list, use the Search option, or filter the list to find the payment.
- Under Actions, click the Action button
, then click View Invoice.
- Click Print Receipt. A copy of the invoice is displayed.
Headings in your invoice for a payment made to WellnessLiving:
Heading | Description |
BILL FROM | WellnessLiving’s address, support email, and phone number. |
BILL TO | Your business owner’s name and your business’s address, email, and phone number. |
# | The billed item’s number in the list of items. |
Item | The item for which your business is billed. |
Quantity | The number of times your business is billed for the item. |
Unit Price | The cost for one item. |
Total Price | The total cost of the item(s) not including taxes. |
PURCHASE ID | The identifying number for the purchase. This number should be referenced if you have any questions or issues with billing. |
PURCHASE DATE | The date that the items were billed to your business. |
PAYMENT METHOD | The method(s) used to pay for the billed items and the amount paid using each method. |
PAYMENT STATE | The current status of the transaction. The status can be Waiting for settlement, Paid, or Failed. |
SUBTOTAL | The sum of the Total Price of all items that are billed. |
TAX | Any taxes that are included on the billed items. |
TOTAL | The total amount billed. This number is calculated based on the sum of the SUBTOTAL and TAX. |
