Visits Remaining Report

The Visits Remaining Report is an attendance report that displays details about each client who has visits remaining on purchase options that are active during the selected date range. This report can be used to gain insight about client use of purchase options, or to manage communications with clients who have visits remaining and expiring soon. The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.

    To view the Visits Remaining Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
    3. In the list, click Reports. You can filter the list by entering Reports into the Search field.
    4. On the Reports menu, click Attendance.
    5. On the Attendance menu, click Visits Remaining. The Visits Remaining Report is displayed.

    Summary cards in the Visits Remaining Report

    Summary cardDescription
    TotalThe total number of active Purchase Options with remaining visits during the selected date range.
    ClientsThe total number of clients who have active Purchase Options with remaining visits during the selected date range.

    Headings in the Visits Remaining Report

    HeadingDescription
    ClientThe name, email, and profile image of the client with visits remaining on a purchase option is listed in this column. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.
    Purchase OptionThe name of the purchase option that has visits remaining is listed in this column.
    DayThe date and time that the purchase option was activated is listed in this column.
    ExpiryThe date that the purchase option will expire is listed in this column. If the purchase option has no expiration date, this column will be labelled Never Expires.
    Remaining VisitsThe number of remaining visits or the amount of time left on the purchase option is listed in this column. If the purchase option is unlimited, this column will be labelled Unlimited.
    Unearned RevenueThe amount of revenue that your business could miss out on if the client does not use the remaining visits.

    Advanced filters in the Visits Remaining Report

    FilterDescription
    Client StatusUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on whether they currently have an active purchase option.
    GroupsUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client group.
    NoteThis filter will pull any relevant information from the available fields. For example, if you filter for groups A, B, and C, the filter will find clients from group A, group B, group C, and any combination thereof, as opposed to only finding clients who belong to all three groups.
    PackagesUse this filter to determine which package(s) to include in the report. To learn how to create a package, see Creating or modifying a package.
    Appointments Purchase OptionsUse this filter to determine which appointments purchase options to include in the report. Appointments purchase options are purchase options with Appointment selected as the Purchase Option Service Category. For more information, see Creating or modifying a membership or Creating or modifying a session pass.
    Remaining Visits Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on the number of visits remaining on their Purchase Option. 
    Class & Events Purchase OptionsUse this filter to determine which class/event purchase options to include in the report. Class/event purchase options are purchase options with Class/Events selected as the Purchase Option Service Category. For more information, see Creating or modifying a membership or Creating or modifying a session pass.
    Client TypesUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client type.
    Gym Purchase OptionsUse this filter to determine which gym purchase options to include in the report. Gym purchase options are purchase options with Gym Visits Options selected as the Purchase Option Service Category. For more information, see Creating or modifying a membership or Creating or modifying a session pass.
    Asset Purchase OptionsUse this filter to determine which asset purchase options to include in the report. Asset purchase options are purchase options with Asset selected as the Purchase Option Service Category. For more information, see Creating or modifying a membership or Creating or modifying a session pass.
