Visits Remaining Report

The Visits Remaining Report is an attendance report that displays details about each client who has visits remaining on purchase options that are active during the selected date range. This report can be used to gain insight about client use of purchase options, or to manage communications with clients who have visits remaining and expiring soon.

    To view the Visits Remaining Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
    3. On the Reports menu, click Attendance.
    4. On the Attendance menu, click Visits Remaining. The Visits Remaining Report is displayed.

    Headings in the Visits Remaining Report

    Heading Description
    CLIENT The name, email, and profile image of the client with visits remaining on a purchase option is listed in this column. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.
    PURCHASE OPTION The name of the purchase option that has visits remaining is listed in this column.
    DAY The date and time that the purchase option was activated is listed in this column.
    EXPIRY The date that the purchase option will expire is listed in this column. If the purchase option has no expiration date, this column will be labelled Never Expires.
    REMAINING VISITS The number of remaining visits or the amount of time left on the purchase option is listed in this column. If the purchase option is unlimited, this column will be labelled Unlimited.
    UNEARNED REVENUE The amount of revenue that your business could miss out on if the client does not use the remaining visits.

    Advanced filters in the Visits Remaining Report

    Filter Description
    Client Status Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on whether they currently have an active Purchase Option.
    Groups Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client group.
    NoteThis filter will pull any relevant information from the available fields. For example, if you filter for groups A, B, and C, the filter will find clients from group A, group B, group C, and any combination thereof, as opposed to only finding clients who belong to all three groups.
    Packages Use this filter to determine which package(s) to include in the report.
    Appointments Purchase Options Use this filter to determine which Appointments Purchase Options to include in the report. Appointments Purchase Options are Purchase Options with the Appointments Purchase Option Service Category.
    Class & Events Purchase Options Use this filter to determine which Class & Events Purchase Options to include in the report. Class & Events Purchase Options are Purchase Options with the Class/Events Purchase Option Service Category.
    Client Types Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client type.
    Gym Purchase Options Use this filter to determine which Gym Purchase Options to include in the report. Gym Purchase Options are Purchase Options with the Gym Visits Purchase Option Service Category.
    Asset Purchase Options Use this filter to determine which Asset Purchase Options to include in the report. Asset Purchase Options are Purchase Options with the Asset Purchase Option Service Category.
