Wait lists

Wait lists allow clients to wait for an available spot in fully booked Classes or Events. If a client cancels their booked Class or Event, the spot is opened to the client who has been on the wait list the longest. You can view the wait list for a Class or Event from the attendance list. Default wait list settings can be configured under business policies or customized per Class or Event with custom business policies.

When there is a wait list for a Class or Event, clients can book and pay for the service using a Purchase Option or a single session purchase. If a client who used a Purchase Option is not promoted from the wait list before the service occurs, the visit is returned to the Purchase Option after the service occurs. If a client who used a single session purchase is not promoted from the wait list before the service occurs, a single session Purchase Option for the specific Class or Event is returned to the client’s account.

NoteIf you require a client to confirm their promotion from a wait list, the client who has been on the wait list the longest will receive an email when a spot becomes available and their information will appear in the Wait for Confirm List section on the attendance list. The client must follow the instructions in the confirmation email to move to the attendance list.
