Welcome email

The welcome email is a type of client notification that is sent automatically to your clients when their client profile is created. The welcome email contains a welcome message and the client’s login credentials. However, you can customize the content of this email message. By default, the welcome email notification is enabled.

To enable or disable your welcome email:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
  3. On the Setup menu, click Notifications.
  4. On the Notifications menu, click Client Notifications.
  5. On the Client Notifications page, enable or disable the welcome email:
    • To enable your welcome email, click the Filter button .
      1. On the Filter menu, click Status.
      2. On the Status tab, select Disabled.
      3. Click Apply Changes.
      4. On the Client Notifications page, under Registration, click the Welcome template Email Edit button .
      5. On the Edit Welcome Template page, set the ACTIVATE EMAIL setting to ON.
    • To disable your welcome email, under Registration, click the Welcome template Email Edit button .
      1. On the Edit Welcome Template page, set the ACTIVATE EMAIL setting to OFF.
  6. Click SAVE.

To customize your welcome email:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
    3. On the Setup menu, click Notifications.
    4. On the Notifications menu, click Client Notifications.
    5. On the Client Notifications page, under Registration, click the Welcome template Email Edit button .
    6. On the Edit Welcome Template page, make any edits required. For more information, see Automated email template settings and Email variables.
    7. Click SAVE.
