Welcome email

The welcome email is a type of client notification that is sent automatically to your clients when their client profile is created. The welcome email contains a welcome message and the client’s login credentials. However, you can customize the content of this email message. By default, the welcome email notification is enabled.

Your clients receive a welcome email when they sign up with your business via the business’s social media page or self-registration URL. For more information on business URLs, see Setting up your business URLs. The welcome email is also sent to clients who are registered by staff members via the Elevate Staff App, Lead Capture Widget, Client Self Registration Web App, App Drawer, attendance list, or store.

For more information about automated notifications, see Automated notifications and Customizing automated notification.

NoteIf you want to embed a video in your email template, you must contact your email provider to see if they allow you to send embedded videos in emails.
