If your clients are not receiving your automated marketing emails, you should check the following:
- Make sure your automated marketing campaign is active — Open the template for your automated marketing campaign and make sure the ACTIVATE EMAIL option is set to ON.
- Check your send rules — Check the EMAIL SEND RULES section of your campaign and verify your conditions for triggering the email.
- Verify that you have selected the correct recipients
- If you select an option (or more) from either a client type or client group, only the clients belonging to the selected type or group receives the email.
- If you do not make a selection, all clients will receive the email.
- If you have selected options from both client type and client group, only clients that meet the criteria from both categories will receive the marketing email.
- Make sure that the clients who are not receiving your emails have been added to the correct client type or client group.
