Fighting Fit Boot Camp is a small-group fitness and martial arts
gym with classes both morning and evening, 6 days a week.
--Boot Camp: In our Boot Camp classes you'll use
Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Resistance Bands, etc. to amp up fat
burning and have fun while doing it! Don't let the name “Boot Camp”
scare you. Our trainers are very supportive and love to work with
new people to help them succeed.
--Fitness Kickboxing: Perfect for people who want to burn
calories while beating the snot out of a punching bag. No
experience necessary! Our trainers will give you combinations to
throw, as well as exercises to do in between. Relieve stress while
learning to kick butt.
--Jeet Kune Do: If you love Bruce Lee, come learn the
martial art he created. This class does involve some contact, but
we keep it light and safe. You'll spend most of the class with a
partner, holding pads for each other or doing drills with boxing
gloves on. If that sounds like your cup of tea, come give this
class a shot!
