A thoughtful approach to getting stronger following the principles of StrongFirst barbell training. Primal BarBell focuses on strength training through barbell lifts, following cycles of powerlifting. The class follows a strength program through progression of different lifts to improve physical strength, movement pattern and general well being. All levels are welcome to come learn proper lifting technique.
