Want to be challenged and work up a major sweat? This is your class!
I went to the class a little early (thinking it started at a different time) and was able to catch the last part of the class right before, and boy was I in for a treat! I am feeling exhausted but accomplished :)
I haven't worked out in years, I'm in the worst shape I've ever been in, and this class reminded me of what it felt like to do a full-body workout- surely my muscles will be thanking me tomorrow.
Challenging yet understanding of one's limits, our instructor was great at keeping the pace of the class interesting, fun and dynamic.
I would definitely recommend this class to whomever wants to get their heart rates up, feel like you've done the work your body needs and do it all with people who'll motivate you.
Why go to a typical gym to use their boring machines/equipment when you can have instructors and work-out buddies integrated in your workout? And just supplement these classes with fun hiking adventures and bike rides? Needless to say, I'm sold!
