MMA Fit Kickboxing Boot Camp • $20.00

The first part of this extended 75-minute class includes a traditional cardio kickboxing workout, including drills and combos. We’ll finish off with boot-camp style exercises incorporating a variety of weights and equipment for a true total-body workout. Modifications for different fitness levels/experience will be given through the class.
