Capoeira can be trained by ANYONE, Our classes are formulated so regardless of your age, weight or height, you can slowly adjust your body by increasing strength; flexibility, speed, reflexes and coordination, so that you can progressively develop high speed kicks, movements and acrobatics. The results will surely come with a lot of training.
