Emily Siy has been teaching yoga since 2009 when she received her 200hr certification, registered by the Yoga Alliance. She holds additional training hours in Pre-natal Yoga and Functional Yoga Anatomy. Her yoga classes are in a Vinyasa flow style with focus on alignment and breathe. Emily is a graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (NY) with a Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine. She holds a BFA in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design.
