MINORSAN Self-Defense & Fitness

I have been teaching for many decades now, and I continue to find it totally rewarding in every aspect. I love teaching Yoga because students are helped to integrate mind, body, and spirit. Their bodies become stronger, better aligned, more flexible, and their balance is improved. The breathing techniques energize not just the lungs, but also every cell in the body, and when the mind is focused in the present, life ends up feeling better in every aspect. I love helping students learn the integration of mind, body, and breath, while improving their asanas (postures) and unifying and connecting these aspects. Life can be so stressful. It is a joy to help students learn techniques to reduce stress and feel better. Helping students simultaneously makes me feel better too!
