I love Minorsan, all of the instructors have helped me rediscover aspects of myself that got buried underneath all the excuses I gave myself for being unhappy in my own skin. Now Minorsan is one of the tools in my life I have to combat the negative energy that comes with being stationary, which is a given during the pandemic. I joined July 2020, and since then I have lost 50 lbs (and counting) with the help of Minorsan and developing healthy eating habits. I am continually motivated to try new activities as my body grows more capable under Minorsan's guidance. Thank you for helping me change my life!
I have been teaching for many decades now, and I continue to
find it totally rewarding in every aspect. I love teaching Yoga
because students are helped to integrate mind, body, and spirit.
Their bodies become stronger, better aligned, more flexible, and
their balance is improved. The breathing techniques energize not
just the lungs, but also every cell in the body, and when the mind
is focused in the present, life ends up feeling better in every
aspect. I love helping students learn the integration of mind,
body, and breath, while improving their asanas (postures) and
unifying and connecting these aspects. Life can be so stressful. It
is a joy to help students learn techniques to reduce stress and
feel better. Helping students simultaneously makes me feel better
too!
