Cross Fighter • $20.00

The program is designed based on functional movements, emphasizing good technique, posture, and performed at high intensity, with different workouts each session.


In each session of 45 minutes, we will be working on :

  • Mobilization: Proper joint mobility is essential to prevent injuries.
  • Activation: Activate muscles and improve overall posture.
  • Core: A strong core will protect your spine, prevent injuries, and improve performance/quality of life.
  • Metabolic Conditioning: Circuit training will improve your cardiovascular system for better performance, overall health, and quality of life.

The Cross Fighter functional training program is for everyone at any level, regardless of experience and ability level. By using different movement progressions, we are able to scale the workout accordingly to each committed individual.
