I had my first experience with this type of cardio kickboxing, and I must say I really enjoyed myself. I was greeted at the door, signed in, and the process was explained to me. The sensei made us feel right at home. I didn't feel intimidated in the least. Sensei took her time for the newbies, she gave us alternative routines if we were unable to complete the hard one. We punched and kicked an actual bag! The house music kept us pumped. Sensei kept us laughing! This is by far the best place I've been to where I actually enjoyed sweating. Trust me she worked out muscles I didn't even know I had. Yes it's challenging at times, but hey think about how proud i felt to be able to do most of the routines. I feel like I have found the right place that will help me to reach my weight goal. I feel like I'm just having fun with a bunch of friends. As u can tell I'm definitely going back!. Looking forward to class tonight! I have already gotten two of my friends to join me! Thanks you guys for making me feel so welcomed and comfortabl. Now let's get it in!!!
