Yesterday was my first class and pretty much the first time I've seen the art of Tai Chi. Peter was an excellent instructor. From the start he introduced himself, took me through a few warm-up exercises, and for about 20 minutes of the class, he dedicated to me since I was the newcomer of the group. He also enlisted the help of one of his master students while he corrected the form of a couple who were also beginners but not first comers. I loved it so much, I'm going back today. After I left the class, I felt like I'd had a workout even though the moved are so subtle. The spirit of the room was calming and you didn't get that gym feel, like everybody is watching you. There was a lot of focus on the craft amongst the group. Top Flight Class!
