Karate body fitness is a 30 minute high intensity total body workout. The class works on agility, mobility, strength, endurance, cardio and flexibility. It has a karate influence with kicks, punches and stances but you do not need any experience. It is great for any fitness level from the beginner to athletes. We also emphasize not just working hard but having fun. We will provide a free fitness consultation and for every client we provide progress tracking.
