Brooke Hardy was born and raised in Perryton, Tx, and she graduated from Canyon High School in 2008. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from WTAMU in Canyon, Texas Brooke attended Southwest College of Acupuncture in Boulder, Colorado to graduate with a Master of Oriental Medicine in 2016. This nationally accredited program consists of 3,093 hours of training in acupuncture, Chinese herbs, nutrition, tuina, and meditation. The program also requires proficient practice in the student practitioner clinic for no less than 1,262 hours. She is licensed under the Texas State Board of Acupuncture Examiners, which requires a Master of Oriental Medicine degree, the passing of 4 national board exams, a jurisprudence exam, and certification in Clean Needle Technique (CNT). Brooke is a certified practitioner of the Wakefield Constitutional Facial Renewal Acupuncture technique. This method focuses on the body as a whole and incorporates the 5 element style of acupuncture into facial renewal. Brooke’s training includes acupuncture, Chinese herbology and nutrition, moxabustion, tuina massage, cupping, auriculotherapy, constitutional facial renewal acupuncture, and qi gong.
Brooke has a passion for helping people and a true belief in the medical theory and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine. Patient health and comfort is of upmost importance in her practice, and she seeks to benefit patient health constitutionally as well as symptomatically.
