AH-MAZING!!! I had my first prenatal massage today (2nd baby) and Sheela was my massage therapist. Today exceeded all my expectations - you walk in and it’s such a calming experience by the yummy smells of essential oils. All my prenatal tension and pain was relieved by the end of my 1-hour massage that I scheduled a follow up with Sheela in a couple weeks!

I'm an LMT because... I always knew that I wanted to help people, work with my hands and have the ability to travel. After a close friend started massage school, I began to learn all the therapeutic benefits that are possible with skilled touch. The more I learned, the more I knew that massage would be an excellent fit for me. Since I started, I’ve been able to travel the world, experience and learn how different cultures approach alternative medicine. This allows me to help educate my clients on how their bodies work, how the injury happened, and offer some self care tools to not only get the most out of their time with me, but to empower them to take an active role in their healing.
