My massage training has led me on a path of discovery. I thought my training at the McKinnon Body Therapy Center would begin and end with their fundamentals of massage class. I am now trained in Swedish, Clinical Deep Tissue, Sports massage and regularly attend continuing education classes. My intention and approach is to integrate the unique aspects of each modality to meet the needs of my clients. I gratefully hold and respect each client’s trust in me to help them regain or maintain their health and wellness. I integrate all the techniques I know to meet the individual needs of my clients to provide a comforting and relaxing massage, an invigorating massage, or to help them rehabilitate from an injury.
