I’m Len, CEO and co-founder of WellnessLiving. We are the fastest-growing all-in-one business management software in the health and wellness space, and one of the business types we love to work with are medical offices. I know just how important it is to take care of yourself, whether that’s with massage therapy, doctor’s appointments, chiropractic treatment, or other therapies that improve your overall health. I truly appreciate everything doctors and health center operators do for their patients and clients. Over the years, I’ve even had the chance to speak to some of them about their success using WellnessLiving.
First, let me tell you about our story. Getting here wasn’t easy, but I’m proud of how we did it—it took a lot of hard work, support from the medical community, and a little bit of fate.
In 2009, I started a bootcamp that grew into a business with multiple locations across North America. As the business grew, I was overwhelmed with increasing fees from my business management software: Mindbody. I knew there had to be a better solution.
By luck, I ran into my childhood friend, Sasha Davids (now co-founder and COO of WellnessLiving), while on vacation in Jamaica. We spent the whole week catching up and I shared the challenges I was facing with my customer relationship management (CRM) and scheduling software and knew I wasn’t alone.
Sasha and I knew of many medical offices and clinics who were still storing physical medical records in folders, files, and locked cabinet drawers. That led us to create an affordable, easy-to-use, and customizable platform with doctors, nurses, and medical office administrators in mind. Now medical offices can’t get enough of our many software tools. Each feature is designed to automate and streamline the process, making it simple for staff and patients to book appointments.
- Our Achieve Client App lets patients easily book doctor appointments from their mobile device.
- Our convenient appointment widget lets patients book sessions with their preferred medical professional directly on your website.
- Electronic intake forms let patients fill out all their health information online before attending their appointment in person.
- When you’re fully booked, our system lets you set up a wait list and notifies patients when a time slot opens up.
Our business management software makes it easier than ever to manage your patients and clients in your health or medical business. Just ask Marcy and Bryce Ready, the husband-and-wife team who own Orlando Body & Movement Therapy in Orlando, Florida. I had the opportunity to visit with them as part of our CEO Tour—a passion project of mine where I visit our customers, listen to their amazing stories, and even try their services.
When I visited, I got to hear all about their business. They have a unique combination of training and therapy and offer chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy, personal training, and functional therapy, all under one roof. Our platform allows Marcy and Bryce to streamline their booking process and easily manage their memberships.
What else do Marcy and Bryce love about WellnessLiving? Our automated marketing suite lets them create custom text, email, or push notification campaigns. These personalized messages are perfect to remind patients and clients 24 hours before their next appointment or when it’s time to update their health information.
Marcy and Bryce are grateful to have WellnessLiving by their side. I had an amazing time learning about Orlando Body & Movement Therapy. Watch the video below for more.
