MPG One Wellness has been amazingly helpful in my recovery from a ruptured Achilles’ tendon. From the day that the injury happened in the ballet studio a few floors above, their staff went above and beyond to help me. I’ve been working with Gia for nearly 5 months and she is exceptional at working through my painful places manually while encouraging me to continue building strength safely. I can’t thank them enough for helping me to return to dancing soon!
