I’ve attended a dozen of Chelsea’s prenatal workout classes and they have been nothing short of amazing! She is an experienced instructor and is knowledge on the muscles needed for delivery. Additionally, Chelsea fosters a supportive and safe environment for the pregnant attendees of every stage. The last class on Feb 10 was an especially a rewarding workout and it’s clear she put a lot of hard work into designing the routines. I look forward to our next session, highly recommended!!
