At WellnessLiving, we’re passionate about empowering ninja gym owners like you with the tools you need to grow and thrive. Our all-in-one business management software was built to simplify your operations, engage your members, and drive results – because we’ve been in your shoes.

Back in 2009, I ran a multi-location bootcamp and struggled with high fees and clunky software. That’s when I teamed up with my childhood friend, Sasha Davids, to create a better solution: a customizable, affordable, and easy-to-use platform with our customers at its heart.

Today, ninja gyms across North America trust WellnessLiving to help them grow. Take Conquer Ninja, for example – what started as a sand volleyball gym with a few obstacles in the corner “just for fun” has grown into one of the largest ninja gym franchises around, now spanning 12 locations across Minnesota, North Dakota, and Arizona.

As Conquer Ninja expanded, their old software started breaking down – no central login across locations, no way to link family accounts, and one-off tools for birthday parties, camps, and field trips that never talked to each other.
