Shannon is a fitness enthusiast and professional. He hopes to empower individuals of black and brown communities to find a challenging yet, rewarding relationship with training and ultimately address widening health disparities.
Shannon primarily focuses on hypertrophy weight training, circuit training, and nutrition. He also enjoys other fitness activities like meditation, yoga, rollerblading, running, skiing, and team sports.
