I am determined not to let self-isolation get me down! So I just did Dillon's online TFL using Zoom.  Worked great! A good cardio, core, and strengthening workout and a definite boost to my mental energy. Thanks Dillon!

Build your ideal body in this challenging, safe, and progressive workout that teaches participants how to use their bodies efficiently. Combine full-body strength training, agility drills, and core movements designed to improve your speed, balance strength, and endurance.

This class combines strength, power, conditioning, and core exercises and varied functional movements performed at high intensities for short bursts of time or for a series of repetitions.
These workouts are highly effective in terms of improved fitness, weight loss, core strength, and stability.

The goal is to increase your resting metabolism following each workout to help you drop body fat. Always Engaging and fun and can be adjusted for all levels of fitness.

Special instructions

Please arrive 10 minutes early for check in, temperature check, and to set up your station. Bring a water bottle and a hand towel. You may bring your own mat and yoga strap. 

If you are late, you may not be admitted to class.
