Just had my first virtual nutrition session with Hunter. He is so smart! I feel he really cares what’s going on with me and trying to figure out a solution to my issues. I’ve worked with Hunter for over 2.5 years now. First with weight loss and now working towards competition! He’s an excellent coach and just a great person. Tina has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Some might call her a gym rat. She started teaching group fitness classes in 1997. In 1998 she started practicing yoga to improve my flexibility and decrease stress from working as an RN but the benefits were tenfold. She found strength, balance, flexibility, compassion, perspective, and a new relationship with food and exercise. Tina has studied various methods, under various teachers.
Tina believes that yoga is for everyone and uses a built-for-you approach to her yoga training. With time you truly can change your body and mind.
When not working with clients, or at the gym, Tina can be found cheering at her kids sporting events, on the golf course with her hubby, walking her dogs around the neighborhood, or cooking something delicious in the kitchen.
