Let me start by saying that I am particular about fitness protocol. There are a lot of trainers out there talking a lot of nonsense and not even challenging themselves physically and mentally. Everyone at WillSpace is focused on excellence. They are not only knowledgeable but are so experienced that on their own time they are doing the same drills that they guide us in. They will not let me settle for the “my body will never be able to do that” mentality. They have only begun to show me what I am capable of physically. When I leave, I not only feel and know that I had a great workout but I am convinced that they are showing me who I really am.
